Customer agrees to a no refund policy of setup fees and monthly service fees for Vps and Dedicated Servers.

Mobohosting reserves the right to charge any provided credit cards or other such means of automated charging to alleviate any charges incurred by customer.

Service cancellations may be submitted any time using the server cancellation link in the account section of our website.

Mobohosting is not liable for losses resulting from data loss and is not responsible for data recovery.

Mobohosting is not responsible for data on equipment that has been disconnected for non-payment.

Mobohosting reserves the right to cancel service to any customer that violates any policy including the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, Mobohosting will be the sole arbiter on what constitutes a violation of these policies.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mobohosting and its employees, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses and damages, including attorney's fees, relating to any violation of this agreement by customer, its end users, or other users, or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the internet by customer or end users. Customer will reimburse Mobohosting for all legal expenses, including any fees incurred in connection with investigating, defending or settling any claim. This indemnification shall survive the termination of this agreement.

Mobohosting shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or mis-use of Mobohosting equipment or services by any party.
